Job summary

Tangent Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects. The role requires strong PM knowledge, problem-solving, and excellent communication to liaise with stakeholders and teams.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives including new product introductions, manage timelines, budgets, risks, and documentation for PMO governance, while coordinating across engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, and marketing.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead cross-functional projects through planning, execution, and delivery
• Lead NPD projects through early concept development, engineering phases, testing, and product launch
• Assist with analysis and business intelligence activities related to new product introductions
• Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and resource coordination
• Drive PMO governance, documentation, reporting, and project health updates
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across teams
• Coordinate work across engineering, quality, supply chain, operations, and marketing
• Support regulatory, quality, and manufacturing readiness for new products
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field with business or project management exposure
• 1-3 Years of previous experience or internships in manufacturing, project engineering, project management or related fields is advantageous
