Job summary

Job description

• Plan, organize, and oversee the execution of engineering and field service projects from initiation through closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Review project requirements, drawings, and specifications to confirm scope and technical accuracy.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor costs, and ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, field service, and production teams to allocate resources effectively and resolve technical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality protocols.
• Address project risks and obstacles proactively, using both engineering knowledge and practical field experience.
• Prepare reports, maintain project records, and support accurate invoicing and change order management.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management, field service, or engineering roles (industrial systems, mechanical equipment, or fuel-handling systems preferred).
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and specifications.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel to customer sites, vendor facilities, and project locations as required.
