Job description

Mission, TX | Full-time | Monday–Friday | On-site | Permanent

You See the Next Step—and Help Everyone Get There

A meeting ends with five action items. A deadline changes. Someone needs information before they can finish their part. You’re the person who brings those details together, makes the priorities clear, and follows up until the work is done.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Mission team and coordinate business projects from planning through completion. You’ll work with colleagues and project contacts to organize schedules, track deliverables, resolve issues, and keep everyone informed.

Based on‑site in Mission, this opportunity welcomes applicants from across the McAllen–Edinburg–Mission area who can reliably commute to the office.

Your Projects, Your Follow‑Through
  • Build project plans with clear tasks, responsibilities, milestones, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate work across teams so everyone understands what needs to happen next.
  • Lead project meetings, record decisions, and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Keep schedules, trackers, and project documents accurate and accessible.
  • Monitor progress and address missing information or potential delays early.
  • Track resources and expenses against agreed project requirements.
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and other project contacts when needed.
  • Explain changes to priorities, scope, or timelines and coordinate practical next steps.
  • Review completed deliverables and organize project handover and final documentation.
Experience That Can Translate

Previous project management or coordination experience is preferred. We also welcome relevant experience in operations, administration, client services, or events where you’ve managed deadlines, coordinated people, and taken responsibility for completing work.

A specific degree isn’t required. What matters is your ability to organize competing priorities, communicate clearly, and follow through.

You should be comfortable using spreadsheets, shared calendars, documents, and workplace software. Experience with project management platforms is helpful.

Spanish and English are helpful, but not required.

Build on What You Already Do Well

You’ll receive guidance on company systems, procedures, and project requirements while working alongside the wider team. The role offers practical experience in stakeholder communication, resource planning, and managing delivery from the initial brief to the final review.

We value people who ask useful questions, raise concerns promptly, and suggest ways to make the next project run more smoothly.
