Novax Recruitment Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager for structural steel erection in Milwaukee, WI. You will own projects from award through completion, coordinating labour, equipment, and subcontractors while ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in structural steel, strong reading of drawings/specs, and proficiency in MS Office and Bluebeam. A CM/Engineering degree is preferred, with opportunities for long-term career growth in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience within structural steel.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects for a General Contractor or specialty contractor.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.
• Strong organisational, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple structural steel erection and fabrication projects from award through completion.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentation.
• Coordinate labour, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Prepare purchase orders and subcontract agreements.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, profitability, and cash flow.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Produce project progress reports, financial forecasts, and billing updates.
