Our team manages the full project lifecycle—from permitting and measurements to procurement and final installation—serving general contractors, developers, and property owners. Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Project Manager to oversee impact window and door projects from initiation through final inspection.

This role is responsible for coordinating all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and fully compliant with local codes and HVHZ requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and can manage multiple projects while maintaining strong communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Background in fenestration (windows/doors) or related trades preferred
• Familiarity with Miami-Dade / Broward codes and HVHZ requirements is highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Proficiency with project management tools and standard software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling platforms)
• Degree or certification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
