Renewyx LLC in Menlo Park, CA is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager or Superintendent to lead hospital and healthcare builds from start to finish. The role blends office leadership with field execution, ensuring projects meet budget, schedule and safety goals.

Healthcare Project Manager or Superintendent | Menlo Park, CA | $130,000 to $250,000 + Bonus

Renewyx are hiring Project Managers and Superintendents for an established California general contractor with a busy healthcare book. You've built healthcare under HCAI, and you want bigger, more complex jobs. Let's talk.

Run hospital and healthcare builds from start to finish. As a PM, you'll own the budget, the schedule, the buyout and the subs, and push submittals and RFIs through HCAI. As a Superintendent, you'll run the field, drive MEP coordination, and plan shutdowns and phasing so patients and staff barely know you're there. In either seat, you'll keep the owner, the design team and the trades pulling in the same direction.

• PM or Superintendent time at a GC (strong Project Engineers ready to step up are encouraged to apply too)
• Healthcare builds under HCAI/OSHPD, from start to finish
• Experience leading a hospital project, or serving as No. 2 to a Superintendent or Project Executive
• Strong office and field leadership, including complex MEP coordination
• OSHPD 1 work in active hospitals
• ICRA know-how
• Experience running union trades
• $130K to $250K base, depending on experience
• Project-based bonus, from 5% up to 25 to 30% at senior level
