Responsibilities

• Lead complex enterprise technology initiatives with full accountability for project outcomes
• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and governance across all project lifecycle phases
• Lead cross-functional technical teams without direct authority, driving accountability and performance
• Communicate at the executive level, presenting status, recommendations, and strategic decisions to senior leadership
• Drive difficult scope decisions, challenge assumptions, and own project delivery and outcomes
• Develop and maintain executive-level reporting and governance structures

Qualifications

• Required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
  • 10+ years managing enterprise-wide IT projects as the accountable Project Manager
  • Active PMP certification
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams without direct authority
  • Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
  • Experience managing project plans, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, governance, and executive reporting
  • Stable assignment history with the ability to commit to the full engagement
  • Ability to work within the continental United States
• Preferred
