Qualifications

• Leadership: Strong communication, organization, and team-direction capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple commercial plumbing projects simultaneously.
• Monitor job progress and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project scope to determine costs.
• Develop and manage project budgets; track labor, material, and equipment costs.
• Negotiate material pricing with vendors and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team! As one of the leading commercial plumbing contractors in the Carolinas, we offer a diverse portfolio of projects and a strong reputation built on quality, integrity, and service.

Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned commercial plumbing projects—from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple commercial plumbing projects simultaneously
• Monitor job progress and ensure proper staffing levels
• Review blueprints, specifications, and project scope to determine costs
• Develop and manage project budgets; track labor, material, and equipment costs
• Negotiate material pricing with vendors and subcontractors
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, tools, and equipment

Requirements

• Set pricing for change orders
• Negotiate pricing with subcontractors and rental equipment providers
• Make purchasing decisions in accordance with company policy
• Take necessary actions to successfully execute project responsibilities
