Job summary

Infinity Home Services, operating through Exterior Medics, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple exterior residential projects, including roofing, siding, windows and doors. The role focuses on coordination, safety, compliance, and top-tier customer outcomes within a collaborative, fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the construction/home improvement industry running project crews and managing multiple production schedules.
• Strong customer service focus and cross-functional teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough schedule assessment.
• Ensuring material cost, availability and logistics support multiple jobs.
• Maintaining relationships with subcontractors, vendors and customers.
• Collaborating with sales, scheduling and finance to ensure efficient project closure.
• Track and monitor performance to KPIs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Participate in sales, marketing and promotional activities in assigned markets with travel.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will manage multiple residential exterior construction, (roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, eaves), projects with integrity and a focus on driving excellent customer outcomes, bring your skills to our dynamic and growing team!
As an essential part of the team and reporting directly to the Brand President, you will focus operational coordination, job safety, compliance, and customer service in pursuit of complete job satisfaction.
You will be part of a very collaborative, very agile team working collectively to fulfill our mission of saving our communities from unscrupulous contractors. Key Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough schedule assessment
• Ensuring material cost, availability and logistics are in place to support multiple jobs
• Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as subcontractors, vendors and customers.
• Collaborating with sales, scheduling and finance to ensure efficient and complete project closure process
• Track and monitor performance to stated KPIs
• Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Participating in sales, marketing and promotional activities in all assigned markets which may require regular travel

Requirements

• Proven experience in the construction or home improvement industry running project crews and managing multiple production schedules
• Strong customer service and desire to support cross-functional teammates
• Excellent communication skills with bilingual English and Spanish preferred
• Strong knowledge of the products and processes involved in the exterior envelope of residential homes
