Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager to support Field Operations at Joint Base Andrews, MD. You will plan, run, and oversee projects and routine requirements, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget while coordinating with site leadership and customer stakeholders.

Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship are required. The role is onsite at Joint Base Andrews, MD with a focus on DoD operations and performance-based results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field with 5 years of PM experience; or a Master's with 3 years; or no degree with 10 years of intensive, progressive PM experience and PMP.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; U.S. citizenship.
• PMP certification is desirable; DoD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee projects and routine requirements to finish on time and within budget.
• Define project scope and objectives aligning with customer/site priorities.
• Estimate resources needed and manage allocations.
• Build and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Track progress, identify risks/delays, and adjust plans accordingly.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on strategy, changes, and progress.
• Measure project performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication throughout each project.

Job Summary

Salary: $93,000.00 - $134,000.00

Certification: Active DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field and 5 years of project management and related experience
• Master's degree in computer science, business, or a related field and 3 years of experience
• No degree, with 10 years of intensive and progressive related experience and a current PMP certification

At JCS Solutions, compensation is based on a number of factors such as location, qualifications, and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $93,000.00 - $134,000.00
