Job summary

Wood Construction Lumber Job Search is seeking a Millwork Project Manager for Commercial/Architectural Custom Millwork in MD. You will lead projects from planning to closeout, oversee estimating handoff, and ensure timely shop drawings, production, delivery and installation, coordinating with engineering, production and purchasing teams to keep schedules and quality.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Understanding construction methods, architectural drawings, and millwork fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

Location: MD

Job Description:

Manage commercial construction projects from planning to execution and closeout. Key responsibilities will include managing all phases of projects including estimating handoff, and ensuring timely and high-quality shop drawings, production, delivery, and installation. Coordinate with engineering, production, purchasing, and installation teams to maintain schedules and resolve any technical or logistical issues. Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and general contractors to ensure project clarity and satisfaction. Conduct site visits and attend project meetings as needed. Track and report project progress, cost, changes, and deadlines.

Eligibility Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction, engineering, architecture, or related field. Ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and efficiently. Understanding construction methods, architectural drawings, and millwork fabrication processes. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools. Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident of USA or have visa status permitting them to work in the USA.
• Must have applicable experience in the Woodworking Industry.

Job Salary:

$75K to $120K
