Job summary

Taylor Corporation in Minnesota is seeking an entry level Project Manager to join our Taylor On Demand team to help manage our incoming partnership onboarding projects. This role supports cross-functional collaboration across North Mankato or Eden Prairie offices.

You will own project outcomes end-to-end, coordinating scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies, and you will use modern PM tools to drive delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2+ years in project management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools and modern PM software.

Responsibilities

• Own project outcomes end-to-end, ensuring scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies are actively managed and communicated.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out activities in alignment with objectives.
• Facilitate and lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status reviews, risk/issue reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop and maintain core project artifacts: project plans, timelines, risk/issue/decision logs, exec summaries, status reports, kick-off materials, retrospectives.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation Plans and escalation as needed.
• Communicate project status and key decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Work independently and in cross-functional teams to drive accountability and progress.
• Manage multiple projects by prioritizing time and resources; provide leadership insights.

The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
