It’s time to look at Taylor. **Your Opportunity:** Taylor Corporation is looking for a **Janitorial and General Maintenance Worker** in our North Mankato-MN facility. **Work Authorization:** To be considered for the Taylor opportunities, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. **Your Responsibilities: Janitorial Duties:*** Perform daily cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas* Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wax floors* Empty trash and recycling containers* Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies* Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment* Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed**General Maintenance Duties:*** Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs* Replace light bulbs, filters, and ceiling tiles* Assist with HVAC filter changes and basic system checks* Conduct routine facility inspections and/or identify repair needs* Repair doors, locks, handles, and other hardware* Paint and patch walls as needed* Set up and break down equipment or furniture for meetings and events* Assist with snow removal and grounds maintenance (if applicable)* Assist as backup for warehouse activity following forklift certification**Your Shift:*** Day Time, Flexible Hours**Requirements within this position:*** Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand* Regularly required to remain in a stationary position* Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials* Frequently required to move inside the facility* Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)The anticipated hourly range for this position is $16 - 20.
