Discount Roof is a fast-growing exterior construction company specializing in roof replacement, storm damage restoration, siding, and exterior improvements across Northwest Indiana.

As a Project Manager / Field Supervisor, you will oversee roofing and exterior projects from start to finish. You’ll serve as the on-site leader responsible for safety, quality control, scheduling, and communication between crews, homeowners, and company leadership.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable leading crews, solving problems in the field, and ensuring jobs are completed the right way the first time.

RESPONISIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary on-site representative for Discount Roof
• Review project scope, materials, and timeline before work beginsEnsure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards
• Conduct jobsite inspections and quality checks
• Enforce safety procedures and jobsite professionalism
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, crews, and management
• Identify jobsite issues early and implement solutions quickly
• Provide progress updates and reports
