Job summary

Insight Global in Colorado seeks a Project Manager to oversee active engineering projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables stay on track. You will step into an established portfolio, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide visibility into status, risks, and priorities.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables; tracking progress in Asana; coordinating across Engineering, R&D, Production, Procurement, Software, and Quality; and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or product development environments.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and familiarity with CAD systems PMP certification
• Bachelor's or higher in Project Management or Engineering

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee active engineering projects and ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables remain on track. This individual will step into an established project portfolio, maintain continuity, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide visibility into project status, risks, and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project status and provide regular updates through Asana.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, R&D, Production, Procurement, Software, and Quality teams.
• Identify and escalatE project risks, scope changes, and resource constraints.
• Partner with the Engineering Director on project prioritization and execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and external partners as needed.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure a smooth handoff at the end of the assignment.

Projects May Include:

• Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
• Design and drawing revisions
• New product development and R&D testing
• Prototype and machine builds
• Software and firmware updates
• Procurement and logistics activities
• Compliance and certification efforts
• Customer-specific engineering initiatives
