Job summary

Genuine Search Group in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial or multifamily construction projects from start to finish. You will plan, manage budgets, schedules, and resources, and coordinate teams, subcontractors, and vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a solid understanding of construction methods, safety, and quality control. Previous PM experience in commercial/multifamily is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally 4+ years of construction experience preferably in commercial or multifamily.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and project management practices.
