Description

IntelliSurvey, Inc. programs and hosts online surveys for a variety of clients in the market research industry. We offer both software licensing via a SaaS model for our do‑it‑yourself clients, and we program surveys using our own software on a project‑by‑project basis for clients who would rather outsource all survey set up. We need a new project manager to help us handle our growing volume of client requests.

Required skills and Responsibilities

• Managing client interactions throughout a project, including discussing and clarifying requirements.
• Setting up online surveys and assisting with issues that arise; top‑notch communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
• Handling demanding clients with general aptitude.
• Comfortable with tasks such as manipulating complex spreadsheets, basic HTML editing, and other technical tasks.
• Programming experience is not required, but the ability to understand and construct complex logic statements is necessary.

Other desired skills

• Ability to sell to new clients as experience grows.
• Potential to lead a client service team.
