Role Description

The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lexington, KY, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through completion. This role includes coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources, managing subcontractors and trade partners, and ensuring work meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Project Manager will monitor project progress, handle inspections, resolve issues, and communicate regularly with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects on track. Day-to-day tasks also involve managing logistics, expediting materials and equipment, maintaining accurate project documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with Expeditor and Expediting responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to the job site.
• Background in Inspection activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and building codes.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management, including supply chain coordination and on-site resource management.
• Relevant construction industry experience, preferably in commercial or residential projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management software and standard office productivity tools.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices; applicable certifications are a plus.
