Spravek is hiring a Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and execution of exterior development projects in Utah. You will manage landscaping, concrete, pools, fencing, and related outdoor infrastructure, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strong client and subcontractor communication.

The role requires 3–5+ years in construction management, blueprints interpretation, and a track record of leading multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in construction management or exterior development.
  • Knowledge of landscaping, concrete installation, pool systems, and fencing.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (5–15+).
  • Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and digital scheduling tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience improving processes to support rapid scaling.

Responsibilities

  • Quality assurance — inspect work to meet specifications and industry standards.
  • Permitting & compliance — manage permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
  • Scheduling — create and maintain project schedules, adjust for weather or changes.
  • Operational scaling — improve workflows and support rapid company growth.
  • Safety oversight — enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards.

Role Summary

The Project Manager oversees planning, coordination, and execution of residential and commercial exterior development projects including landscaping, concrete work, pool maintenance, fencing, and related outdoor infrastructure. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality, while maintaining strong communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can manage multiple active projects simultaneously, and plays a key role in helping Spravek scale rapidly.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning — Develop scopes of work, timelines, budgets, and resource plans for all assigned projects.
  • Site Management — Conduct site visits, oversee crews, verify measurements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Multi‑Project Coordination — Manage several concurrent projects across landscaping, concrete, pools, fencing, and exterior development.
  • Vendor & Subcontractor Management — Schedule, supervise, and maintain accountability for subcontractors and crews.
  • Client Communication — Provide updates, manage expectations, resolve issues, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Budget & Cost Control — Track expenses, approve invoices, and ensure projects stay within financial targets.
  • Quality Assurance — Inspect work throughout the project lifecycle to ensure adherence to specifications and industry standards.
  • Permitting & Compliance — Manage permits, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
  • Scheduling — Create and maintain project schedules, adjusting for weather, materials, or labor changes.
  • Operational Scaling — Improve workflows, increase project throughput, and support rapid company growth.
  • Safety Oversight — Enforce safety protocols and ensure all crews follow OSHA and company standards.
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Construction Management or exterior development experience (3–5+ years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping, concrete installation, pool systems, and fencing construction.
  • Proven ability to manage 5–15+ concurrent projects depending on size and scope.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and digital scheduling tools.
  • Valid driver’s license; ability to travel between job sites.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Experience improving processes to support rapid scaling.
Additional Information
Preferred Experience
  • Managing multiple concurrent exterior development or construction projects.
  • Working with subcontractors and vendor networks.
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems, hardscaping, pool pumps/filters, and concrete finishing.
  • Experience in residential and commercial exterior development environments.
  • Familiarity with Utah building codes and permitting processes.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $60,000–$90,000
  • Quarterly Bonuses: Awarded based on performance metrics such as project timelines, budget control, quality standards, and client satisfaction
