Job summary

The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Lead Superintendent for a multifamily project in Las Vegas, NV. You will schedule, coordinate, and supervise all on-site trade activities, working with the Project Manager to keep projects on time and within budget.

Requirements include 7+ years as a Lead/Senior Superintendent in commercial/multi-family construction, strong reading of blueprints, and fluency in English. A bachelor’s degree is a plus; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience strictly as a Lead or Senior Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Multifamily experience is required; podium and mid-rise experience preferred.
• Strong construction knowledge in commercial/multi-family projects including surveying, excavation, site grading, masonry, framing, and interior finishes.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe, and Bluebeam; Viewpoint Team, ProjectSite and AutoCAD are a plus.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is a plus.
• Fluent English with the ability to read complex blueprints and lead coordination meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations, manage subs and suppliers, and resolve on-site issues.
• Prepare CPM schedules and look-aheads, monitor costs, and help meet the construction budget.
• Enforce Field Quality Control Program from pad to final striping and minimize punch list.
• Implement and enforce all safety plans and conduct incident investigations.
• Submit daily reports, review submittals, track change orders, and manage field paperwork.
• Assist estimating with pre-bid requirements including sequencing and logistics.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to schedule, coordinate, and supervise all trade activities on site. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will drive projects from pre-bid to final punch list, ensuring everything stays on schedule, on budget, and up to our highest safety and quality standards.

Required Experience & Skills

Key Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: Oversee daily field operations, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and handle on-site problem resolution.
• Scheduling & Budgeting: Prepare job schedules (CPM and look-aheads), monitor production costs, and actively work to meet or improve the construction budget.
• Quality Control: Enforce the Field Quality Control Program from the building pad to final striping to ensure a minimal punch list.
• Health & Safety: Implement and enforce all safety management plans, conduct incident investigations, and ensure full compliance with safety legislation.
• Project Admin: Submit daily construction reports, review all submittals prior to installation, track change orders, and manage field paperwork.
• Pre-Construction: Assist the estimating team with pre-bid requirements including sequencing, scheduling, and logistics.
