Job summary

Bombard Mechanical, Llc in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to provide overall administrative and technical management on complex projects from pre-construction planning and budgeting through final client acceptance.

You will lead field supervision, coordinate with clients, AE representatives, and other contractors, manage schedules, budgets, and change orders, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while driving project success.

Qualifications

• Four years construction management, estimating, and/or craft supervision experience in similar facility construction or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess scope of work with client and determine resources required.
• Set up budget for the project with detailed review of specifications and drawings.
• Supervise construction to meet design, budget, and schedule, interfacing with client and AE reps.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, and related accounting/purchasing).
• Supervise craft employees and other contractors as required by the contract.
• Provide technical guidance on drawings and construction methods; initiate change orders.
• Monitor productivity, material and equipment usage, and contractual performance.
• Drive the position's responsibilities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Minimum Qualifications

• Four years construction management, estimating, and/or craft supervision experience in similar facility construction or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide initial client contact to assess scope of work and resources required to successfully complete project.
• Set-up budget for selected project with detailed review of proposal specifications, drawings, takeoff information, and contracting.
• Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives, AE representatives, other contractors, etc.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, and may provide day-to-day direction of administrative staff in accounting, purchasing, etc.).
• Supervise craft employees and/or other contractors as required by the contract.
• Provide technical assistance (i.e., interpretations of drawings and recommending construction methods and equipment, etc. as required). Initiate and maintain extra work estimating and issuance of change orders.
• Responsible for productivity of crafts, efficient use of material and equipment, and contractual performance of the project.
• This position is required to drive.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
