Job summary

RICEFW Technologies Inc. in Michigan is seeking a Production Technical Lead / Support Manager to steer a technical team responsible for production support, incident management, and 24/7 operations.

You will oversee integration, data management, reporting, and deployment readiness, acting as SME for software modules and coordinating with security/compliance teams. The role requires extensive hands-on experience, leadership, and ability to optimize global production systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development and/or production support experience.
• 5+ years managing technical support teams or projects of similar size and scope.
• Experience supporting large-scale, complex applications in live/24 7 production environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct technology team activities involving: Integration, Development, Data management, Reporting.
• Provide overall design oversight and subject matter expertise.
• Identify opportunities to streamline technology solutions across regions.
• Identify and challenge design gaps.
• Provide clarity regarding design decisions.
• Own detailed project plans for technical areas.
• Ensure integration and technology teams remain aligned with overall project timelines and milestones.
• Assist with deployment strategy and readiness assessments.Serve as a technical SME for software application modules, implementation, customization, and development.
• Oversee work performed by legacy analysts and application developers.
• Work closely with application functional analysts to review functional specifications.
• Maintain the integrity of production systems.
• Provide deployment support for production changes.
• Triage defects reported to the State Help Desk.
• Deploy required data fixes and defect corrections.
• Ensure proper functioning of production systems.
• Perform/oversee: Capacity planning, Load testing, Production deployments.
• Act as the primary liaison to the Security Compliance Team
