Job summary

Acro Service Corp is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a SAP P2P and Procurement Transformation initiative across the US, Canada, and LATAM. The role focuses on procurement process standardization, organizational change, SAP P2P transformation, stakeholder engagement, UAT, training, go-live readiness, and hypercare.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing procurement, commercial transformation, enterprise systems implementation, or similar projects.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Ariba P2P is required.
• Experience with SAP ECC; SAP S/4HANA and Ariba S2C are a plus.
• Experience with P2P processes, procurement transformation, shared services, process standardization, and organizational realignment.
• Strong change management experience, preferably with PROSCI/ADKAR methodologies.
• Experience managing UAT, go-live, hypercare, training, and end-user adoption.
• Experience leading global or multi-country projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with MS Project, Jira, and/or Smartsheet.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
• English/Spanish bilingual capability preferred/required for the regional scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of the procurement organizational change blueprint across US, Canada, and LATAM.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional workstreams.
• Lead SAP P2P UAT, testing, issue remediation, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, communications, and user adoption.
• Partner with Change Management and Training teams to develop training and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Ensure alignment with global procurement processes, templates, policies, and controls.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IT, Shared Services, Business Process Owners, and global stakeholders.
• Support digital transformation initiatives involving ServiceNow and emerging procurement technologies.
• Provide project status updates, progress reports, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Willingness to travel as required.

Ability to work onsite in Lake Zurich, IL, 2-3 days per week.
