Condon-Johnson & Associates is seeking a Project Manager to lead shoring projects, manage budgets, schedules, and all project administration. You will review plans, ensure profitability, and coordinate with superintendents and clients to deliver complex foundations.
The role requires 2–3 years of field experience and 5–8 years of increasing PM responsibilities, with travel to Pacific Northwest project sites. A degreed civil engineer or construction manager is preferred.

In this position, you will assume accountability for project results through accurate and timely estimating, cost control, scheduling, developing budgets, and managing design‑build shoring projects. The Project Manager will supervise team members working on their projects and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Company policies and applicable Federal and State laws.
Annual Salary Pay Range, DOE: $120K - $140K
