Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Project Manager – Engineering & Facilities Projects to lead capital and expense projects that boost equipment reliability, manufacturing performance, and facility infrastructure. You will partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, CI, Engineering, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget, minimizing downtime and ensuring safety and compliance.

The Project Manager – Engineering & Facilities Projects is responsible for leading engineering and capital projects that improve equipment reliability, manufacturing performance, facility infrastructure, and product quality. This role partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, and Vendor/Contractor teams to identify improvement and business sustaining opportunities, develop project scopes, and execute solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will manage projects from concept through implementation, ensuring equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and maintenance initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to operations while meeting key project goals. This position plays a critical role in sustaining high-performing manufacturing systems, supporting operational excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement across the site. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit.
