Job Description:

• Note: This is a Project Manager role to support Cybersecurity requests across multiple domains - Infrastructure, Data, and Application security.

Description:

• The Cybersecurity Project Manager oversees various cybersecurity projects and/or programs of a highly complex nature. The work assignments are often of moderate to high complexity. The Project Manager assembles a project team, identifies resources needed, and develops schedules to ensure timely completion. They actively manage stakeholder partnerships and mitigate risks. They are familiar with system scope, project objectives, and the roles of team members to coordinate activities effectively. When managing programs, they oversee interdependencies and integration of related projects, setting strategies and execution plans to deliver long-term business value. They may possess specialized knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) frameworks used to manage risks and issues unique to technology projects. They understand professional concepts, standards, regulations, and operating procedures, making decisions regarding work approach and priorities following established guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience in Project Management and Cybersecurity.
• Experience in technical product selection, design, and implementation of IT solutions and cybersecurity controls.
• Passionate about improving consumer experiences within organizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration.
• Experience working in data warehouse, decision support, and reporting systems.
• Knowledge of Oracle and IBM RDBMS, executive information systems, and statistical software.
• Six Sigma and/or Project Management Institute certification.
• Experience in the health solutions industry.
