Job Title: Sr. Systems Engineer

Location: Fully Remote

Eligible States: Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, Florida

Summary

This remote position supports, optimizes, and modernizes financial and manufacturing-related systems. The role enhances manufacturing operations, identifies transformation opportunities, and improves enterprise workflows. The analyst collaborates with stakeholders across Accounting, Manufacturing, Operations, IT, and external vendors to refine workflows, improve integration efficiency, and lead system initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support financial and manufacturing system projects including integrations, upgrades, automation, and user training.
• Manage vendor relationships, coordinate support, escalate issues, and oversee deliverables.
• Act as liaison between internal customers and technical teams to improve business processes.
• Translate business goals into technical requirements and project plans.
• Contribute to system roadmaps and define best practices for architecture and change management.
• Maintain system documentation such as process flows, integration maps, and configurations.
• Provide reports and updates to management and stakeholders.
• Support web integration and workflow activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 7–10 years of professional experience.
• At least 3 years of ERP support and systems analysis in manufacturing.
• Experience managing vendors and third-party teams (e.g., Infor LX, Microsoft Dynamics, IBM Power Server, AS/400).
• Strong project management skills; PMP certification and experience with tools like Smartsheet are a plus.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to bridge business and technical needs.
• Effective time and task management.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
