Job summary

Cypress HCM in Kennesaw, GA is seeking a project manager to oversee warehouse automation initiatives. The role involves managing 2-4 concurrent projects with budgets up to $60M, coordinating stakeholders and internal resources, and ensuring quality and on-time delivery for customers.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of project management experience, familiarity with warehouse automation software/hardware, and proven ability to own deliverables while leading cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management or a similar role.
• Warehouse automation experience – software and/or hardware implementations.
• Experience managing timelines and budgets for mid-sized projects.
• Experience with project risk management, stakeholder communication and relationship building.
• Experience owning project deliverables and overseeing cross-functional teams.
• Customer-facing experience is preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE), and exposure to supply chain, logistics, intralogistics, manufacturing, order picking systems, container handling.
