Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Project Manager in Kansas City, MO to oversee municipal-scale roadways, sitework, utilities, and other public infrastructure from preconstruction to completion.

The role requires 5+ years of heavy civil construction and strong PM skills in budgeting, scheduling, and contract management. You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of heavy civil construction experience; strong project management in roadway, sitework, utilities, earthwork, paving, or DOT projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with construction/project management software.

Heavy Civil Project Manager
