Job summary

CRB is seeking a Project Manager to lead consulting, design or construction management services for sizable projects with complex scope and larger teams. You will manage client relationships to generate future opportunities and oversee subcontractors as part of integrated delivery.

Required is a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent) and at least seven years of PM experience, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum of seven years of successful Project Management experience.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams including subcontractors.
• Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager.
• Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, delivery in a design and construction.
• Minimum 8 hours of leadership/supervisory training annually.

Projects often include several subcontracts and may include several aspects of an integrated ONEsolution delivery methodology.
