Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of PM, program coordination, business readiness, transformation, or implementation experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale platform migrations, technology transformations, or organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day business readiness planning and execution for large-scale platform migration initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple business functions to identify, track, and resolve operational, process, policy, technology, and organizational dependencies.
  • Translate program and migration decisions into actionable work plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, technology teams, and change management teams to ensure readiness activities remain on track.
  • Track project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, escalating critical items to senior leadership when appropriate.
  • Support change impact assessments, business process changes, communications, training, and adoption activities related to the migration.
  • Facilitate working sessions, status meetings, and stakeholder discussions to drive alignment and timely decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, dashboards, status reports, readiness trackers, and executive-level presentations.
  • Monitor key milestones and ensure critical business changes and readiness activities are completed within established timelines.
  • Support testing, implementation, cutover, and post-migration readiness activities as required.
  • Work under the direction of senior product and program leadership to coordinate execution and maintain alignment with overall program objectives.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support business readiness activities for a large-scale platform migration and transformation initiative. The Project Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, program leadership, and change management teams to ensure the organization is prepared for a successful migration, implementation, and adoption of the new platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in project management, business readiness, stakeholder coordination, process transformation, and large-scale technology or platform migrations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day business readiness planning and execution for large-scale platform migration initiatives.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple business functions to identify, track, and resolve operational, process, policy, technology, and organizational dependencies.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and teams across business and technology functions.
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within financial services, banking, capital markets, or other highly regulated environments.
  • Consulting experience with firms such as PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG.
  • Previous experience with Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, or other major financial institutions.
  • Experience with business readiness, organizational change management, operating model transformation, or enterprise platform implementations.PMP, Scrum, Agile, or other relevant project management certification.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
