Job summary

NCR Voyix is seeking a Delivery Project Manager II to lead customer-facing projects from initiation through closure, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope. You will define plans, manage risks, and coordinate with customers, internal teams, and vendors to meet quality standards and business goals.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience with PM methodologies, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile/Scrum).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
• Willingness to travel as required.
• 0-2 of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle across multiple concurrent projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.
• Define and manage project scope aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.
• Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking actuals, and reporting on financial performance.
• Facilitate effective communication with all project stakeholders including customers, internal teams, and vendors.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and decisions.
• Identify and resolve conflicts and roadblocks to keep projects on track.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PM processes and tools.
• Prepare and deliver project closeout documentation including lessons learned.

Job Summary The Delivery Project Manager (II) at NCR VOYIX Corporation is responsible for leading the successful planning, execution, and closure of customer-facing projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and scope, and to the highest quality standards. • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resource requirements, and risk management strategies.
• Define and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Identify, track, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies and escalating as necessary.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking progress against milestones and adjusting as needed.
