Job summary

Eqsoft Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software development projects from inception to delivery. You will manage ERP, cloud-based and desktop software initiatives, supervise front-end, back-end, and mobile teams, and ensure architecture, API integrations, and scalable performance align with client goals.

The role requires hands-on expertise in VB.NET, .NET Core, Flutter, Angular, APIs, SQL/MySQL, and cloud hosting.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in VB.NET, .NET Core, API development, and SQL/MySQL databases.
• Proficient in Flutter and Angular.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies, deployment, and data management.
• Experience handling desktop-based and ERP system projects.
• Solid understanding of front-end and back-end development (Full Stack).
• Good command over version control systems (SVN, Git, GitHub, etc.).
• Excellent team management, task prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software development projects—planning, execution, delivery, and maintenance.
• Manage ERP, cloud-based, and desktop software projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Supervise front-end, back-end, and mobile development teams, and ensure smooth collaboration.
• Review and guide technical architecture, database structure, and API integrations.
• Handle cloud hosting, deployment, and maintenance (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Coordinate with clients and internal departments to gather requirements and define project goals.
• Monitor project timelines, team performance, and budgets to achieve optimal results.
• Ensure software security, performance, and scalability standards are maintained.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and submit progress reports to management.
• Provide technical mentoring and leadership to developers.
