Boutique Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large institutional construction projects in the Charlotte region from startup through closeout. You will own budgets, forecasting, contracts, pay apps, RFIs, submittals, and scheduling while coordinating with owners, architects, and trade partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience with a commercial GC.
• Experience managing projects valued at $30M+ with large GC exposure.
• Strong contract administration, financial management, scheduling, and controls.
• Background in K-12, higher education, institutional, public-sector, civic, or commercial construction.
• Proven leadership, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Stable career history with integrity, accountability, and accurate representation of experience.

Position Title: Project Manager

Lead high-impact institutional construction projects from startup through closeout with a respected, employee-owned general contractor known for delivering complex K-12, higher education, civic, and commercial projects. As Project Manager, you’ll own project budgets and forecasting, contract administration, pay applications, RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, risk management, client and subcontractor coordination, and closeout activities while partnering closely with superintendents, project engineers, senior leadership, owners, architects, and major trade contractors. This is an opportunity to play a key role on large-scale projects in the Charlotte region while joining a company positioned for continued growth across North Carolina.

Salary: $130,000–$150,000/ Year + Bonus DOE
