  • Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and contract requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Identify and resolve potential project challenges before they impact cost or schedule.
  • Assist with project closeout, punch lists, final documentation, and warranty turnover.

Scott Humphrey is partnering with a well-established and respected General Contractor to identify a Project Manager for their Houston office. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who enjoys managing commercial interior and special projects while working with a collaborative and client-focused team.

As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery through effective budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, quality control, and client communication.

Our client is a locally established construction management firm with approximately 50 employees and a strong presence throughout the Houston market. They specialize in commercial interiors, tenant improvements, and building conversions, delivering projects typically ranging from $500K to $5M.

Position Overview
