Sprint Mechanical is accepting applications for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects within industrial, semiconductor, and data center environments. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of project execution including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, client coordination, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has experience delivering complex, fast-paced mission-critical projects and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and manpower plans
• Oversee procurement of materials, subcontractors, and equipment
• Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project goals
• Manage project cost controls, forecasting, and change order approvals
• Track productivity, cost performance indicators, and ensure timely billing
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Review and interpret contract documents and manage scope growth
• Coordinate ROM pricing and maintain detailed change logs
• Ensure compliance with Sprint Mechanical's safety program and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in mechanical construction
• Experience managing complex industrial or commercial projects
• Strong understanding of HVAC, piping, and industrial mechanical systems
• Proven experience with cost control, scheduling, and change management
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Data center and/or semiconductor facility experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Project, Netsuite, Navisworks, AutoDesk, and Primavera
