Reliant Critical Infrastructure in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from planning through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring deliverables, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated clearly.

Responsibilities include planning meetings, preparing agendas and notes, tracking progress, identifying at‑risk tasks, allocating resources and budgets, processing purchase orders, and delivering concise project

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent military experience).
  • Project management certification or equivalent experience.

  • Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.
  • Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team to methods and goals and to track project tasks.
  • Monitors task completion status to identify at-risk project tasks and to develop mitigation plans.
  • Allocates resources, budgets, and hours to the project and adjusts allocations when necessary.
  • Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries.
  • Completes purchase order requests and follows up on status.
  • Other tasks as required
