Job summary

LT Technology Services in Houston seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Maintenance Build and Operational Readiness projects in LNG, Oil & Gas, and Refineries. You will drive scope, schedule, budget, and risk management while coordinating on-site and offshore teams and maintaining strong client relations.

Proven SAP PM/EAM expertise and governance experience are essential, with focus on data quality, asset management, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing large-scale Maintenance Build or Operational Readiness programs in Oil & Gas or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM/EAM implementations and maintenance data development projects.
• Experience coordinating multi-location and global delivery teams; governance and client liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Maintenance Build projects from initiation through handover.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore delivery teams and global project activities.
• Act as primary point of contact for client management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate governance meetings and progress updates.
• Oversee integration with SAP PM/SAP S/4HANA; ensure data quality and compliance.

• The Project Manager is accountable for the successful planning, execution, governance, and delivery of projects, ensuring the development of high-quality maintenance and asset management deliverables within schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
• Industry Experience: LNG Facilities, Oil & Gas, Refineries, Petrochemicals & Chemicals

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of Maintenance Build projects from initiation through handover.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and deliverables.
• Manage onsite-offshore delivery teams and coordinate global project activities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client management and key stakeholders.
• Facilitate project governance meetings and progress updates.
• Manage client expectations, scope clarifications, risks, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Experience in SAP PM Structures and Work Management Process
• Oversee development of Project activities including –
• Asset Register and Asset Hierarchy.
• Functional Locations and Equipment Masters.
• Asset Criticality Assessment (ACA).
• Maintenance Strategies
• Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies.
• Maintenance Plans and Items, Task List and PRTs
• MM & Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Spare Parts Analysis.
• LORA (Level of Repair Analysis).
• Inventory Optimization and Min-Max recommendations.
• Preservation and Operational Readiness deliverables.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including Maintenance, Reliability, SAP PM/EAM, Materials, and Data specialists.
• Monitor project progress, quality, productivity, revenue, and milestone achievement.
• Manage risks, issues, changes, and contractual obligations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee integration with SAP PM, SAP S/4HANA system
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with client standards.
• Drive continuous improvement, knowledge management, and lessons-learned initiatives.

Experience

• 5+ years managing large-scale Maintenance Build or Operational Readiness programs.
• Proven delivery experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, Refining, Petrochemical, Power, Mining, or Industrial sectors.
• Experience managing multi-location and global delivery teams.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PM/EAM implementations and maintenance data development projects.
