Job summary

United Utility Services in Houston seeks a Project Manager to oversee electric utility projects from inception to completion. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop plans, manage budgets, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all phases.

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in electric utility.
• Strong knowledge of electric utility systems and infrastructure.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and change control with stakeholders.

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to assign tasks and responsibilities.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
• Prepare project budgets and cost estimates, tracking expenses throughout the project lifecycle.

• Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen circumstances and maintain project momentum.

The salary range for this position 120,000.00-150,000.00 . Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.

About the Role

Key Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of electric utility systems, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in managingfinancials, schedule and change control, involving project sponsor and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• ExcellentCustomer and Executive Management relationship skills
• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure, meet strict deadlines,and facilitate focused and cross-functional meetings and calls.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and environmental standards in the electric utility industry
