Job summary

CINFRACS Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from initiation through closing at our Hoffman Estates, IL office, with potential travel to client sites across the U.S.

This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, budgeting, change management, and strategic planning across multiple business lines. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in project management, familiarity with SDLC and Azure cloud services, and a degree in Computer Science or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent.
• Flexibility to move between projects and jurisdictions.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with carbonise platform or tool is preferred.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies and Azure cloud services.

CINFRACS Inc. has an opening for a Project Manager at our main office in Hoffman Estates, IL and resource might need to travel to client location as requested by client within U.S.A.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead complex initiatives managing all activities in a project life-cycle such as initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing associated with projects that are long-term, line of business wide and medium to high risk, scope and complexity with broad impact.
• Act as key participant in project plans and budgets for change management.
• Review and initiate complex multi-business and enterprise support operations, organizational systems knowledge and navigation to anticipate change impacts.
• Ensure full understanding of project impacts that translate into comprehensive engagement strategies.
• Make decisions in end to end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end while developing and implementing program and project level processes, procedures and performance metrics.
• Demonstrate understanding of policy, methodology and artifact creation that influence and lead change management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
• Collaborate and consult with executive leadership, stakeholders, project leads, executive leadership, sponsors and business partners to clarify and define project requirements.
• Manage a team.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Very comfortable in ambiguity - may need to jump projects from day to day i.e. may work on payments project one day and may need to work on regulatory the next.
• Needs to be flexible and open to moving around.
• 5+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Experience with 'carbonise'
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services

Education:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or Management Information Systems or related field

Work Location & Physical Requirements:

• This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities.
• The physical demands of the position described herein are essential functions of the job and employees must be able to successfully perform these tasks for extended periods.
