Job summary

CINFRACS Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex initiatives from initiation through closing at our Hoffman Estates, IL office, with potential travel to client sites across the U.S.

This role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, budgeting, change management, and strategic planning across multiple business lines. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in project management, familiarity with SDLC and Azure cloud services, and a degree in Computer Science or related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience or equivalent.
• Flexibility to move between projects and jurisdictions.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with carbonise platform or tool is preferred.
• Understanding of SDLC methodologies and Azure cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives across full project life-cycle with wide impact.
• Participate in project plans and budgets for change management.
• Review and initiate complex multi-business/enterprise operations.
• Ensure understanding of project impacts and engagement strategies.
• Make end-to-end project decisions and drive governance processes.
• Contribute to policy, methodology, and artifact creation for change efforts.
• Collaborate with executives, sponsors, and stakeholders to define requirements.
