Job summary

Master Steel LLC in Hardeeville, SC is seeking a Project Manager to lead steel projects from pre-construction through final punch, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors while maintaining client relationships.

You will drive schedules, safety, and budget performance, collaborate with fabrication and field crews, and uphold our safety and quality standards on commercial projects throughout the Southeast.

Qualifications

• Experience managing structural steel fabrication and erection projects
• Proficiency reading and interpreting structural steel drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of steel construction methods, connections, and industry standards (AISC, AWS)
• Proficiency with Tekla PowerFab and Microsoft Office Suite; Bluebeam experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license; intermittent travel to job sites required
• Ability to commute to or relocate to Hardeeville, SC 29927
• Construction experience: 3 years (required)
• OSHA 30 Hour Construction Certification (preferred)

Position Summary

Master Steel is a fast-growing structural steel fabricator and erector serving commercial and institutional projects across the Southeast. As Project Manager, you will lead steel projects from pre-construction through final punch. You will manage internal teams and subcontractors, maintain client relationships, and drive schedules, safety, and budget performance.

Your Day-to-Day

• Plan, coordinate, and manage commercial steel projects
• Lead project meetings, track progress, and resolve issues quickly
• Collaborate with fabrication and field crews to stay on schedule
• Ensure jobsite safety, quality standards, and compliance

Minimum Qualifications

Compensation, Schedule & Relocation

• Full-time position based in Hardeeville, South Carolina, with a full benefits package
• $100,000 to $120,000 base salary annually, plus performance-based bonus (yearly bonus / yearly pay)
• Relocation assistance available for candidates moving to the Hardeeville, SC 29927 area
• Immediate opening. Interviews are being scheduled now
