Hargrove is seeking a capital projects Engineer/Manager to provide project leadership from planning through commissioning at a United States facility. The role emphasizes managing capital initiatives, coordinating design and construction, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree (PE or PMP preferred) and have 2+ years of capital project management experience, with strong collaboration and strategic planning skills to deliver on time and on budget.
Job Scope: This position is responsible for providing capital engineering support to successfully implement capital projects on time and on budget in order to assist operations and maintenance in achieving safety, environmental, quality and productivity goals at the facility. Responsibilities include independent handling of major capital projects. Incumbent may also direct activities of others when assistance is required. Commit to employee safety and environmental responsibility, and execute projects in compliance with all Safety, Health and Environmental Policy.
Primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Education: Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Civil Engineering from an accredited university is preferred.
Certification: Professional Engineering and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) registration is highly preferred.
Experience: This position requires 2+ years of relevant experience in engineering and project management.
