Project Manager – Healthcare Construction
Base Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience)
Compensation Package Includes: Full healthcare coverage, competitive bonus structure, $700 a month truck allowance
I'm partnered with a well-respected general contractor in Upstate South Carolina who has established long-standing relationships with all four major healthcare providers in the region. With a reputation for quality and pride in their work, this team has recently been awarded a $130M hospital and medical office building project in Greenville, SC and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, scheduling, budgets, and quality control.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and field staff to maintain strong relationships and successful outcomes.
- Use Procore to manage project documentation, communication, and progress tracking.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 7 – 15 years' experience in project management within healthcare construction.
- A long-term mindset – someone who wants to grow with the company for the next decade and beyond, not join just to work on a particular project.
