The CNC Machinist at Koops creates precision mechanical components used in custom automation equipment for a wide range of industries. This role plays a critical part in bringing innovative automation solutions to life by producing high-quality parts that support machine builds from concept through completion.

What You'll Do

• Manufacture precision components for custom automation equipment
• Set up and operate CNC machining equipment
• Utilize a variety of measuring tools to ensure part quality and accuracy
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Apply mechanical aptitude to support machining and manufacturing processes
• Develop creative solutions for machine setups and machining challenges
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
