Job summary

You will coordinate schedules, resources, and risk management to deliver readiness and handoff to production.

Ideal candidates hold a technical bachelor's degree and have 5–10 years of PM experience in manufacturing, with strong Smartsheet expertise. PMP/CAPM is a plus.

• Integrate machine installation, tooling, programming, and qualification schedules.
• Manage critical paths, risks, resources, procurement, and project milestones.
• Build and maintain Smartsheet project plans, workflows, and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, CAPEX, CAD/CAM, and Deployment.
• Drive manufacturing readiness and successful project handoff to production.
• Provide project status updates and resolve issues through data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Science, or related technical field.
• 5-10 years of project management experience in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong Smartsheet experience preferred.

Preferred

• PMP/CAPM certification.
• Gas turbine, aerospace, or power-generation manufacturing experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
