Job summary

Tiello LLC has partnered with a premier commercial carpentry contractor in the Glen Mills, PA area to hire a Project Manager/Estimator with carpentry experience. The role oversees project execution from start to finish and coordinates field operations, ensuring safety, schedule and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering and possess 5–10 years of construction experience, including carpentry, plus proficiency with Excel, MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a similar field.
• 5–10 years in construction experience, with carpentry background.
• Time management, organizational skills and ability to multitask are required.
• Understanding of local permit and zoning regulations.
• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office and job costing software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise all field activities, subcontractors, and crews.
• Ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Interpret and enforce construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Conduct daily site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and work assignments.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and materials.
• Order, track, and manage delivery of equipment and materials.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, logs, and progress photos.
• Lead weekly site meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Banking, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Entertainment, Manufacturing, Health Care and Retirement/Life Care Communities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of construction projects from start to finish.
