We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in automotive systems, particularly in vehicle architecture and integration for electric vehicles.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in structural body design, excellent communication and customer-handling skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver automotive projects with a focus on structural body and vehicle integration.
• Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the customer side and guide internal teams based on project requirements.
• Ensure high-quality project delivery by managing timelines, resources, and team performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and present project updates and technical insights.
• Support vehicle architecture development, especially for electric vehicles.
• Facilitate collaboration between onsite and offshore teams to meet customer expectations.
• Utilize tools such as Creo for design-related tasks (hands-on experience is an added advantage).

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Subject Matter Expertise in automotive systems, vehicle integration, and body structure.
• Proven experience in managing teams and delivering complex engineering projects.
