Job summary

BBI Construction Management is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with emphasis on complex renovations in active environments.

You will own planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution, coordinating with superintendents, project engineers, assistant PMs, and subcontractors, while maintaining clear communication with owners and design teams to deliver safely and on time.

Qualifications

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
Experience managing renovation projects in occupied or operational environments preferred.
Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
OSHA certification and proficiency with construction management software preferred.

Position Summary
