Arena Technical Resources, LLC in Frederick, MD is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead digital/AI use-cases in an industrial environment. This is a full-time, on-site role at the Frederick site.

You will own the digital backlog (~40 use cases), coordinate deployment of Cognite, HighByte and Seeq, work with maintenance, quality and engineering, and help align projects with inspections and production schedules.

Qualificações

• 3–7 years of PM experience in digital/tech/data initiatives.
• Comfortable operating in a GxP/regulatory manufacturing environment; formal GxP certification not required.
• Familiarity with industrial AI/asset-intelligence platforms such as Cognite, HighByte, or Seeq.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage the site's digital/AI use-case backlog (~40 identified use cases).
• Serve as day-to-day project manager for digital initiatives spanning asset and process intelligence and maintenance planning.
• Coordinate deployment, adoption, and ongoing use of industrial AI/asset-intelligence platforms such as Cognite, HighByte, and Seeq across teams.
• Partner with maintenance and reliability teams on maintenance scheduling and preventive/predictive planning, including OEE initiatives.
• Maintain asset intelligence documentation (P&IDs, equipment availability, downtime history) to support checklists and workflows.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, and site leadership to sequence digital work around manufacturing and inspections.
• Track project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines; report progress to site and digital leadership.
• Act as the proximal, site-based digital PM, embedded with the digital lean team.

Job Title: Digital Project Manager — Industrial AI, Asset Intelligence &Digital Manufacturing Job Location: Frederick, MD Eligibility/Clearance: Must be authorized to work in the US

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the site's digital/AI use-case backlog (~40 identified use cases), driving prioritization, sequencing, and onboarding of new use cases through the Q4 planning cycle.
• Serve as day-to-day project manager for digital (non-capital) initiatives spanning asset intelligence, process intelligence, and maintenance planning.
• Coordinate deployment, adoption, and ongoing use of industrial AI /asset-intelligence platforms such as Cognite, HighByte, and Seeq across manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Partner with maintenance and reliability teams on maintenance scheduling (e.g., Vertex) and preventive/predictive maintenance planning, including OEE-related initiatives where prioritized.
• Maintain and organize asset intelligence documentation: P&IDs, equipment availability, breakdown/downtime history to support technician checklists and troubleshooting workflows.
• Coordinate with quality, engineering, and site leadership to sequence digital work appropriately around the site's active commercial manufacturing and regulatory inspections.
• Track project status, risks, dependencies, and timelines, and report progress to site and LBG digital leadership.
• Act as the proximal, site-based digital PM, embedded with the digital lean team rather than remote.

Qualifications

Required:

• 3-7 years of experience as a Project Manager supporting digital,technology, or data-enabled initiatives (this is not a capital/construction project management role).
• Comfortable operating in a GxP/regulated manufacturing environment; formal GxP certification is not required.
• Familiarity with industrial AI / asset-intelligence platforms such as Cognite, HighByte, or Seeq, or comparable platforms.
• Ability to manage a multi-workstream backlog and prioritize across a large portfolio of digital use cases.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across engineering, maintenance, quality, and IT/digital functions.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site, full-time, at the Frederick, MD site.

Preferred:

• Direct pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
• Direct experience with industrial AI / asset-intelligence platforms Cognite, HighByte, or Seeq. Experience with maintenance scheduling /CMMS platforms such as Vertex.
• Familiarity with OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and predictive maintenance concepts. Experience supporting sites through FDA inspections (PAI) or Process Performance Qualification (PPQ) campaigns.
• Experience with asset documentation such as P&IDs, LOTO procedures, and equipment breakdown/checklist management.
